About Sr. Data Analyst
The Sr. Data Analyst would be responsible for working with the U.S. Analytics and Insights team members, as well as the Global India Team to assist in communication between internal stakeholders and global team members. The day to day responsibilities will be to collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to define analytics requirements, pull and manipulate data to generate business value through insightful reports, and assure quality of work.
Responsibilities
Work between U.S. and India teams to support the forward movement on projects
Follow individual and team requests to assist in all reporting needs for the company
Managing data sets, troubleshooting data issues and maintaining quality of data
Developing reports and valuable insights for clients
Requirements
Degree in a STEM field or relevant experience/qualifications in an area such as programming or data analysis
Advanced SQL – able to read and understand database schemas and write complex queries joining multiple tables
Advanced Excel – cleaning, manipulating and visualizing data
Experience in a dashboarding technology (PBI is most preferred, Tableau, Domo or similar) is essential
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing and storing data
Experience creating and clearly communicating insights from data
Project Management skills, including multiple boards and keeping track of work
Self-starter and ability to work without direct supervision on projects and training programs
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
