Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer information
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
