Job Description
- Design, conduct and participate in heuristic evaluations, concept validations, usability studies (remote), surveys, and other UX research and testing methods
- Advocate for the user and identify opportunities to improve the user experience through research and testing.
- Create research plans, usability study scripts, and survey questionnaires
- Work with stakeholders to recruit and interview the right research participants
- Schedule, design, conduct and moderate study sessions.
- Develop actionable recommendations as reports and presentations based on research findings.
