Bridging the Gap in your Health Practice Business Coaching (Specializing in helping natural health practitioners establish successful online businesses)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Enrollment Specialist / Customer Success individual to join our team at Bridging the Gap in your Health Practice Business Coaching.

The position is a full-time role. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads across several social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, engaging in conversations in the DM’s or over Skype and inviting them into our community, scheduling appointments, and enrolling qualified natural health practitioners in the coaching program and our all-in-one tech system.

The ideal candidate will have a background in lead generation, sales and customer service, with a passion for helping health practitioners grow successful businesses.

Candidate should have a proven track record of scheduling between 10- 15 appointments per week into the company schedule. References will be requested to prove this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls or DM’s to potential clients to schedule appointments with our sales team
• Identify and qualify leads, and build relationships with natural health practitioners
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in our CRM
• Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed
• Reach out to participants who attended our live workshops and invite them to book a sales call
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their client journey
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and enrollment goals
• Continuously improve upon skills and knowledge of lead generation and successful appointment setting

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Prompt, reliable, dependable, on time, hard working and resourceful.
• Excellent communicator and works well in teams
• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in natural health and wellness
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
