We are seeking a Business Development Officer(Outdoor Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and driving sales of our products in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis thru daily field sales

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them

Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Proven track record in field sales or a related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
