Job Overview: We are looking for creative individuals who enjoy visually communicating through their designs. This role includes collaboratively conceptualising ideas and executing them for various clients in new and innovative ways. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.What you’ll do? (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Conceptualise and work with Content team to design collateral material such as

• Brochures, Email Newsletters, Product Catalogs and other Sales & Marketing material

• Work in line with the organisational value set

• Translate creative briefs into final artwork

• Design internal and external digital marketing collaterals such as social media posts, website designs, info-graphics, etc.

• Ensure quality and accuracy of files prior to release

• Edit artwork and collaterals received from clients

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scope

• Learn and develop best practices and trends of design

• In addition to project work, we need someone who is a great communicator, team player and a skilled design artist all rolled into one.

What you’ll need? (Required Skill Set)

• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Invision and other Adobe suite or other visual design

• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designing and understanding

• Ability to convert wire-frames and mockups into intelligent and coherent design layouts

• Knowledge of all the current UI and UX technologies and tools

• Through awareness of user experience and behavior will be a sound advantage

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final execution

• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Up-to-date with the latest UI and UX trends, techniques, and technologies

• DIV Structure & Responsive layouts knowledge is MUST Experience with UI design

• Strong analytical skills.
