- Oversee the daily operations of food production
- To ensure production meets safety, sanitation and quality standards set
- Needs to oversee the quantity of food produced on a daily basis and should ensure the staff follows the product formulation and production methods.
- Oversee and coach employees to maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ensure safe use of equipment and and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Requirements: –
- The individual should have previous work experience in a food production facility
- Having previous work experience in Mithai / Patisserie / Bakery is preferred
- Educational qualification in food background is also preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
