We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated executive to lead culture, strategy and manage a multi-disciplinary team focused on cybersecurity, service management, and compliance capabilities at BMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of security, service management, and compliance experts, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality services to our internal and external customers. This leader will have an in-depth understanding of customer needs, drive high-performance, people management, culture adoption, and be able to research and evaluate potential solutions to determine suitability for the organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of security, service management and compliance experts to deliver high-quality services
Manage engagements, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to delivery and ongoing support
Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
Research and evaluate potential solutions to determine suitability for the organization’s needs
Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies and integrate within team learning
Provide guidance and support to the team on complex issues
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures and regulations
Communicate business, regulatory, SOX or other compliance risks to leadership team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach
People Management:
Lead by example and demonstrate our core values
Mentor the team by regularly counseling, coaching, and appraising desired job results
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and fast track projects
Build talent and high-performance culture within the team
Create positive environment and an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with track record of delivery and project management in large complex business and technical projects of strategic significance, end to end execution, with internal and external stakeholder management
Track record developing high performing teams
10+ years of experience in cyber security and/or IT quality & compliance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
Experience in managing cyber security services for mid enterprises.
Exposure to cloud security and cloud-native security solutions.
Knowledge of relevant cyber security standards and quality regulations.
Ability to research and evaluate potential solutions to determine risk remediation for the organization’s needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in IT Compliance and computer systems validation (CSV)
Good understanding (mandatory) of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, Data Integrity principles, GAMP methodologies and Agile methodologies
Experience with driving validation strategies across R&D/Manufacturing/Cell Therapy functions as well as experience with widely used IT Enterprise platforms (SAP, Veeva, SNOW etc.)
General knowledge in IT Service Management and ITIL preferred
General knowledge of IT applications, IT infrastructure, architecture of computer systems including SaaS, IaaS as well as networks, operating systems, databases, and software tools
Good knowledge (mandatory) of IT testing practices and methodologies in the Pharma GxP space-and good working knowledge of tools like ALM etc.
Ability to make decisions that impact own work and other groups/teams and works under minimal supervision.
Demonstrates openness to learning and developing. Takes a responsibility for their own and team’s development and growth
Demonstrates an understanding of factors driving team performance and how they contribute to the team’s overall success
Excellent English Oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver clear and articulate presentations
