- Candidate should have experience in Mechanical Maintenance
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Organize repair projects in a timely manner
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a maintenance officer or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
