Responsibilities
- Provide support and participate in lean manufacturing projects and project implementation.
- Lead lean/six sigma projects to drive business improvements within the business unit.
- Utilize knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Apply business excellence principles, process re-engineering, QMS, TQM, and Kaizen practices.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Lean, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, or relevant methodologies.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma at various levels (Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black Belt).
- Demonstrated track record of translating business requirements into effective strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in lean/six sigma project execution.
