Responsibilities

  • Provide support and participate in lean manufacturing projects and project implementation.
  • Lead lean/six sigma projects to drive business improvements within the business unit.
  • Utilize knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Apply business excellence principles, process re-engineering, QMS, TQM, and Kaizen practices.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Lean, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, or relevant methodologies.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma at various levels (Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black Belt).
  • Demonstrated track record of translating business requirements into effective strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in lean/six sigma project execution.
