• Position Title: Production Officer

Function: Production

Key Stakeholders

Internal: ENGG, STORE, QUALITY, FCC

External: Sales

Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate/ Food Technologist/ Msc Food Science / Msc. Chemistry

Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Desired Competencies: Knowledge on Biscuit Manufacturing process, basic computer knowledge, Man Management skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall incharge of a third party unit ( CMU operation)
• Co ordination with central purchase team for arranging RMPM.
• Ensure to meet the production plan
• Implementation of BIL quality systems and monitoring of the same
• Monitoring and ensuring all regulatory compliances.
• Cordination with supply chain team for FG dispatches.
• Cordination with R&D team/ Product development team for new product development trials.
• Ensuring the commercial SOP compliances
• Managing the Britannia assets at the plant location
• Ensure end to end quality of finish products and compliance to all process standards.
• Ensure overall GMP compliance of the unit.
