Job Title: Assistant Manager – MIS – IELTS Online
Purpose of job:
The role is responsible to work with operations and delivery teams to understand their information needs and develop, maintain reports and systems to full fill them in an accurate and timely way.
Main opportunities/challenges for this role:
Multiple LOBs with complexities
Process with 24*7 operations in Noida (NCR).
Process is responsible for the delivery of English Language Proficiency Exam.
Ensure Compliance
The role is responsible to train the Sr. Executives on the MIS tolls and systems so that they can run them on regular frequencies.
This is a secured process where access to personal belongings and mobile phones or any other electronic devices is not allowed.
The placement for this role is based on the clearance of Background checks.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Plans and leads all MIS operations, technology, and services.
Consults with department heads and upper-level management to understand computing needs, implementing MIS tools, Dashboards to meet these needs.
Ensure data accuracy and security while disseminating information on regular frequencies.
Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business lines.
Carryout process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and effectiveness by identifying the automation opportunities and delivering them.
Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times
Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.
Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems.
Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
Maintains records, logs, and metrics related to service and support provided.
Creating automation/alert using excels/Google sheet to reduce day to day manual tasks
Understanding the requirements of Management, quickly analyzing them and creating ad hoc reports and dashboard.
Information Security
Read, understand and comply with the information security policies.
Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any noncompliance to information security or IELTS compliance related policies.
Ensure compliances to Organisational policies like code of conduct, IT policy etc.
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum / essential
Knowledge/ experience and understanding of MIS of Backend operations
Advanced MS office skills
Proactive approach with focus on problem analysis & resolution
Expert in Power BI
Have experience working in different tools like Dot net, sharepoint
Experience
Relevant experience in MIS handling
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
