Job Title: Data Analyst – Human Resources
Purpose of job:
To streamline the entire HR data, provide insights based on data that are meaningful for business and help the organisation to take informed decisions. To help organisation use innovative ways to look at problems by using data mining approaches and work in a way where solutions and insights can be easily understood by the business.
Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
MIS, reporting and documentation
Ensure onboarding of new joiner and all the employment related documents are in place within the defined SLA’s
Ensure employee personnel files are completed to ensure internal compliances are adhered to
Creation and maintenance of databases and other related reports
Work with the team to identify the reports which needs to be automated
Maintaining and filling statutory compliances documents, collate payroll inputs, full and final settlement and HR policy related documents
Generating all kinds of employee letters, governance and publish dashboard
Coordinating with third party vendors to ensure the relevant HR related documents are received
Managing the data on the online HR tool
Drive continual improvement projects to drive efficiency.
People Management
Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and of team member to improve the efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings and one on one sessions with the teams
Ensuring team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge on the job

Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience

Experience and understanding of best practices in HR processes and systems
Demonstrated experience in coming up solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging structured and unstructured data sets
Good communicatio, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge and experience of creating HR metrics
Good knowledge of Analytical / Statistical techniques and their application
Knowledge of data protection act and other relevant standards
Knowledge of Success Factor – HR module
Able to simultaneously manage tasks for multiple processes
Ability to adapt quickly to different IT systems
Be proficient with Microsoft office, especially excel and outlook
Have great interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated self-starter who must be eager to learn and develop as the role expands
