Purpose of job:
To support Onboarding of new joiner in SSC.
Role context
This profile is a part of HR function. The HR function is responsible for the implementation of various HR policies, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Engagement. This role will be reporting to the HR Lead C&B, Ops & Compliance and will be responsible for onboarding the new joiners on time with accuracy keeping all the employee related documents & information secured for Global Shared services centre, Noida, India.
Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
MIS, reporting and documentation
Ensuring all the employment related documents are in place within the defined SLA’s
Ensure employee personnel files are completed to ensure internal compliances are adhered to
Creation and maintenance of databases and other related reports
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure onboarding formalities are completed on time in MyHR.
Ensuring accuracy in the data/information/documents provided by the candidate.
Generating all kinds of employee letters including onboarding, promotion, etc.
Coordinating with third party vendors to ensure the relevant HR related documents are received
Managing the data entry on the MyHR global tool.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Role specific knowledge and experience
Experience in HR
Generalist domain specially onboarding, document management & reporting.
