Job Title: Resourcing Lead
Purpose of the job:
Working within the Noida Shared Service Centre, SSC Resourcing Lead will ensure that recruitment is managed for all business lines in Shared Services. The role will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition CoE, stakeholders and HR Business Partners, to ensure that the recruitment delivers an excellent service to all our stakeholders in line with SLA. The role will lead a service that acts quickly and effectively to deploy resources, solve problems, and continuously improve the service.

.Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Lead a team of recruitment professionals to hire resources for Shared Services Centre, through a swift and effective recruitment, leveraging volume recruitment techniques including the creation of talent pools.
Optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, technology and team, making recommendations for continuous improvement and driving faster delivery of quality hires to the business.
Distribution of work to the team to utilise the workforce effectively.
Build a clear understanding of upcoming recruitment requirements and ensure adherence to the standard processes, ensuring that vacancies are filled efficiently with the right candidates
Main accountabilities
Lead resourcing for SSC to deliver high volume, robust recruitment campaigns, and manage the entire end to end recruitment process including but not limited to candidate attraction, candidate screening and selection, shortlisting and offer management. Ensure a fair and consistent selection process. Ensure team work efficiently to a defined process, managing processes according to SLA and KPI’s.
Build relationships and work closely with Global Resourcing CoE and Regional Resourcing Leads.
Work with HRBP & Business Leadership as needed to establish recruiting forecasts and plan service delivery accordingly.
Ensure implementation and integration of British Council policies across all areas of resource and service delivery and build a culture of customer excellence and compliance. In particular, ensure compliance with EDI policies, Global Recruitment Policy.
Process all requisitions flowing into the team from multiple teams, acting quickly and efficiently to allocate work to the team.
Communicate process change and improvements to Hiring Managers.
Identifying risks/challenges and developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth and seamless operation.
Ensure business continuity plans are always tested for service and critical services are always delivered as agreed with customer.
Ensure product and process training is effectively delivered whenever required.
Create and implement a robust quality management framework and dashboard for the process using MyHR and global standards.
Ensure regular monthly, quarterly governance is in place with HRBP and business.
Manage the recruitment, training and performance of Recruiters in line with British Council policy, process and standards. Responsible for ensuring team members are trained and skilled to deliver the recruitment service at appropriate standard defined by British Council.
Continually review the resourcing of the team, monitor workload and take swift action to redistribute workload where needed to maintain service delivery. Work with HR leadership to ensure team is adequately resourced overall, seeking opportunities to flex resources and drive efficiencies.
Build an in-depth understanding of the specific operational context, opportunities and challenges facing their internal customer(s) to ensure effective service delivery.
Explain to customers and colleagues the need for compliance with agreed recruitment procedures. Collates compliance data within standard monitoring and reporting systems.
Plan and prioritise own work activities to ensure effective delivery of diverse responsibilities and internal customer deliverables over a monthly to quarterly time horizon

Role Specific Knowledge & Experience
Minimum / essential
Experience of leading a recruitment team, managing a high volume of vacancies from attraction to offer, including the use of an applicant tracking system
Experience of high-volume workload (e.g. min. 500 hires p.a.) distribution/management in an international environment
Experience in driving effective talent attraction and sourcing activity, including sourcing in international markets
Experience in guiding hiring managers on process and managing senior stakeholder relationships
Experience of working to SLAs and KPI’s in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
Experience of designing and implementing recruitment process improvement
Understanding of relevant employment legislation and diversity best practice
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent English Language Communication skill
Experience working with talent pools and creating talent pipelines
Desirable
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
