Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager- Collaboration Services
Purpose of job:
Responsible for the day to day delivery of one or more IS business services including the delivery of projects, service support processes, provision on advice on the best exploitation of the service/s and the Management of all supporting technical services. Provides Technical support.

Min. Intermediate level experience in O365 products, (specially SfB & Teams)
Min Intermediate level experience in SharePoint online L3
Min Intermediate level experience in Web Administrator/developer, L3
Understanding of Unified communication system (Messaging, Conferencing (Audio, Web & Voice), Mobility other Collaboration tools) like polycom, cisco etc
Good understanding of Azure, AWS

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
(including people management and finance)
Maintains knowledge of specific technical specialists, provides detailed advice regarding their application and executes specialised tasks. The specialism can be any area of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area.
Performs defined tasks to monitor projects & service delivery against service level agreements and maintains records of relevant information. Analyses service records against agreed service levels regularly to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service, and initiates or reports these actions.
Assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change
Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
Receives and handles requests for support following agreed procedures. Responds to requests for support by providing information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
Managing relationship with the other Service Lines. Ensuring adherence towards the Service management process.
Act as SPOC for roles like Problem co-ordinator, Lead Change Assessor, Change Assessor, Change Owner and Release Owner as required within the Service Support processes
Providing consultancy inputs to our business and others in relation to change programmes, new projects for the service line.
Manage & oversee supplier managed services like Virtual meeting rooms, Video/Audio conferencing.
Manage hosting and cloud services like AWS & Azure.
Manage end to end web server infrastructure, web components & digital platforms.
Provide and configure SharePoint and O365 solutions, features, sites, workflows, web parts, and master pages.
Developing sites, master pages, style elements, and JavaScript along with .Net, and scripting languages and database like SQL, MS Access etc.
Basic understanding of database like MariaDB and language like perl.
Understanding of Developing workflows and approval processes within the web and SharePoint environment to support company business and communication processes.
Manage instant messaging services like SfB, Teams, Zoom.
Support Office 365 and related technologies. And serve as Office 365 Administrator in a 20000+ user environment.
Provide end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to product line.
Work with the internal teams to establish and document application development standards, processes, and approval workflows for continual update and ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint site.
Provide 24/7 support of critical systems in a rotating on-call environment.
Lead continuous improvement streamlining of existing admin processes.
Troubleshoot and audit system health via performance monitoring software.
Assist in identifying and prioritizing remediation efforts for recurring issues.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting such as trend analysis on recurring incident types.
Contribute to Technology Operations Team (Infrastructure, Security and Help Desk) strategy and vision.
Help to guide project requirements, design & development, and deployment.
