Job Title: Training Coordinator
Purpose of job:
The role will provide support to the team in relation to administration such as course scheduling and participant management (through the learning portal), course logistics, responding to participant and stakeholder queries and supporting the evaluation of learning initiatives. The role will also involve the collation and review of evaluation and statistics.
The post holder will be involved in the creation and maintenance of end user training materials such as presentations, how to guides etc. The post holder will also be responsible for the maintenance of finance SharePoint.
Main accountabilities
Course Administration
Build and schedule webinar and face to face courses on the MyHR Learning Portal to advertise training, manage participant joining instructions and course evaluations and monitor training uptake
Support the management of webinar and face to face training logistics
Maintain training resource in a user-friendly manner on the Share Point, MyHR Learning Portal and relevant Share Point sites
Display excellent customer services by responding to queries from participants and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Manages the collection of all feedback from users and stakeholders on all learning interventions
Manages the team functional inbox ensuring that the queries are responded in timely manner
Assist learners to carry out pre/post coursework to ensure maximum learning benefit is gained from the practical training experience.
Design and Maintenance of Training Materials & Finance Share Point
Work with subject matter experts such as global process owners/project managers/departmental heads to understand work functions and processes
Develop end-to-end process flows and detailed procedure documents based on discussions with SMEs/process owners/project managers/departmental heads
Design and maintain training materials for remote and face to face training including presentations, how to guides, exercises, demo scripts that adhere to team standards.
Update courses in the MyHR Learning add new weblinks and videos as required, remove old content and review current content on a regular basis
Evaluates and acts on feedback received, modifying courses and web based resources (SharePoint, Learning portal, guides) as required to meet user and stakeholder requirements.
Ensures all learning intervention materials of Business as usual courses are updated and relevant for users at all times and are easy to access
Assist the trainer/sr. manager in training delivery where ever required
Maintaine the corporate finance sharepoint pages in collaboration with page owners
Resolve the request received from page owners for editing or updating the relevant pages on sharepoint within the agreed time.
Regular follow-up with page owners to ensure corporate pages are are updated and relevant for users at all times and are easy to access
Information Security
Ensure that their workforce is aware of the information security policies and comply with them
Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements
Send account opening requests effectively
Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves
Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team
Provide security awareness and education to team
Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act.
Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs
Role specific knowledge and experience
Minimum/essential
Competent user and knowledge of Learning Management System
Compete in adding or editing content on Share Point (or a willingness to become competent within 3 months)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent user of Microsoft Visio
Competent user of MS office especially Teams, PowerPoint & Word
Competent user of web-based training tools such as Zoom, WebEx and yammer or wiki forums
Desirable
Competent user of Success Factor Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge and experience of applications (e.g. SAP)
Ability to problem solve SCORM related issues on LMS
Competent user of one or more of the following or similar tools in the production of learning materials: Camtasia, Rise, Adobe Captivate or Go animate (or a willingness to become competent within 12 months)
Knowledge and experience of British Council operations

Overall experience in finance with practical experience of material development.
Practical experience of managing LMS and delivering training albeit in a supportive role
