– Need to have customer success on products and create WOW experience

– Issue/Query handling of customer related to software

– Manage the product renewal of customers

– Manage the product delivery, New feature acknowledgment

– Setting the priority of bugs/ features based on requirement for product roadmap

– Need to focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retentions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
