About this role

• The role acts as the central personnel across the different teams/stakeholders within the BTGS entity being managed for Invoice and Inventory transformation with quality.
• The role requires Telco Invoice Data Process knowledge of Telco Suppliers
• Delivering first-rate Data quality transformation process without compromising business requirements

You’ll have the following responsibilities

• Verifying and reconciling Supplier invoice Cost with AP booking
• Circuit level information should reconcile with Supplier Billing during data capturing to assure RFT
• Ensure that the complete cycle from timely data receipt to loading of data on STARS
• Resolve any issues raised by BAU Team, AP team and internal team for Invoice & inventory transformation
• Entities specific mapping documents get used for quality delivery
• Support to ensure all live entities accounting get close before month end
• Track the Daily RAG sheet and monitor the Input/output of data.
• Transform the invoices in paper & digital format (scanned images or pdf) to STARS invoice upload format.
• Check circuit level & Invoice level details for each transformed invoice (pdf format) as per country wise mapping.
• Delivering excellent customer service without compromising business needs
• Escalate queries to a team manager as appropriate and ensure these hand-offs are completed in a timely fashion
• Ensure all requests are handled within required service standard

You’ll have the following skills & experience

• Graduate / Post graduate with strong data quality transformation skills.
• 2+ years of domain experience
• Experience in handling large sets of data in MS Excel & Access tools
• Good understanding of Telecom Invoice processing & Analysis.
• Able to work independently to resolve issues, preferable.
• Ability to work accurately to tight timeframes.
