Why this job matters-
The CDS Contract Analyst will beliver functional contract management support to our smaller controlled accounts bringing control to accounts that may not currently be fully contract managed
What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities-
The Contract Analyst will be responsible for the following activities for one or more small contracts or a sub-set of a complex contract
The responsibility to ensure that all services delivered to the contract/s by CDS are delivered to the standards required and/or contained within the customer contract
The ownership and management of all queries, disputes and escalations associated with the contracts under ownership
Liaise and coordinate with other delivery departments to drive service and commercial performance improvements
The ownership and management of all commercial elements of the contract including P&L management(revenue/cost/inventory) and sales
Customer Champion
Skills required for the job-
functional knowledge of the service delivery towers
Good communication skills

Understanding of contract delivery
Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple teams
Experience in contract delivery
Customer facing experience.
