You’ll have the following responsibilities
Manage customer interactions at an implementation or user level.
Ability to handle low level Project tasks as listed below:
Tracking and managing Pricing & ordering
Support Lead PM with Planning & scheduling
Order tracking & delivery using BT Tools and systems
Resource booking & alignment for the migrations support
Managing Migration/Cutover Scheduling/invites
Supporting/driving migration activity
Managing ORT, Handover to operation
Project Reporting, MyPD or any other BT systems and tools
You’ll have the following skills & experience
Skills/Experience:
Experience of owning work packages as part of a larger project. Successful delivery against given responsibilities, accurate and timely reporting against tasks.
Ideally have worked in some capacity/role in a project under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
Soft Skills:
Good Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
Good Email Etiquette
