Group Business Assurance (GBA) operates as a 2nd Line of defence, assuring the end to end (E2E) accuracy of supplier and customer charging whilst giving insight and consultancy to the business on improvements and optimisation opportunities.
Monitoring and recovery of GBA 2nd Line of defence controls across all CFUs
You’ll have the following responsibilities
Operates control monitoring and recovery inline with schedule/KPI’s
Investigates issues and support resolution.
Support user acceptance testing of new controls
Develop capabilities and knowledge of systems and products

You’ll have the following skills & experience

Good Microsoft package skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Experience:
MANDATORY: telco experience in: project/programme management, business assurance, risk, compliance, network, business operations, audit or billing roles, contract management
PREFERRED: Business/Revenue Assurance industry experience or other relevant area.
PREFERRED: BQF LP or Six Sigma Green
