Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities 2. Explain to the customers about the properties 3. Develop Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies 4. Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry 5. Offer advice and motivate the sales team to close sales 6. Ensure calling on leads provided by the company 7. Build good working relationships with clients 8. Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business 9. Close sales and submit all relevant documents to the seller 10. Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark Specifications & requirements: 1. Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to the organization’s culture 2. Own vehicle is mandatory 3. Must have excellent communication skills 4. Pleasing personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines 5. Good PR, social, and networking skills to enhance customer base 6.
