JOB DESCRIPTION

Title : Field Inspector / Assessor /Field Engineer

Function : Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI

Location : Service Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Division

Reports To: Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Manager / Base Manager / Branch Manager /TL

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

· Field Inspection activities

· Must have tactics of Travelling to meet the target venues

· Reporting to the concerned managers for reporting the project

· Must have Android Phone with good battery backup

· Must be having good communication skills and should be able to handle technical aspects of inspections/co-ordination.

· Must have worked in for 1 year in projects similar to ODF/Skilling/QCI related projects in field assessments,

· Any Diploma / Graduate Engineers –Mechanical /Electrical / Automobile etc

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.

● To manage day to day Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.

● To support the service team by providing customer feedback.

● To develop good client relationships.

● To provide reports as per the requirement.

● To assist with data collection

● Computer Skills

EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

● Any Diploma / Graduate Engineers –Mechanical /Electrical / Automobile etc with 1-2 years of field inspection experience with QCI Projects like SBM/ODF/GFC/Retail Outlet Audit/ Hygiene Audit will be preferred

● Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI experience of a minimum of 1 year/s in Direct Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI /Verification of Conformity will be right fit.
