Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Site
SharePoint Site management involving the folders and User(s) access management for all Global divisions / entities (>500 entities)
Checking and reconciliations of Invoices vs Withholding Tax Certificates
Completeness of invoices of franchise fees / management services on SHAREPOINT
Completeness of withholding certificates on SHAREPOINT
Contact list for automatic reminder; and automated reminder for local teams
Automated notification to Accounting Department and Head Office because a withholding certificate is not filed on SHAREPOINT
Monthly report to Accounting Department and Head Office
Reconciling Multiple invoices for a single withholding certificate
Check, whether correct Withholding rate is applied on invoices to the certificate corresponds to the rate recommended by the TAX Laws
Automated notification to Accounting Department and Head Office because the tax rate of withholding applied on invoice not the tax rate recommended in the TAX HO excel table
Translation of some Withholding certificate issued by a local tax authority.
Preparing Dashboards for reporting purposes
Follow-up with Global Users on pending information and query resolution
Interaction with Onshore team and Global Users
Added advantage with an awareness and clarity of accounting concepts, excel skills, audit controls/ KPIs, Inter-company reconciliations and other financial KPIs
Strong English communication skills – Oral and email-writing; to communicate independently with users across the Globe
Flexible and tactful in managing his/ her day-to-day responsibilities
Understand the prioritization of critical deliverables and able to make necessary adjustments as per the need of an hour
Result oriented person and capable of finding a solutions to complex situations
Team player and maintains a good coordination within the team and Onshore
