Duties will include monitoring and reporting on the works for compliance with the engineering drawings and specifications, review of method sequence and programme proposals, reviewing contractor technical submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replying to transmittals.
• Commenting on drawings.
• Converting CAD drawings to various file formats and uploading them as required.
• Preparing and sending out change orders
• Updating all spreadsheets
• Filing of Drawings
• Pre-archiving.
• Setting up all QMS documents and folders for new projects
• Manage the administration side of the QMS
• Prompt Project Leaders where necessary to ensure compliance with Design Review procedures.
• Managing appropriate QMS checks in line with QMS requirements.
• Updating spreadsheets.
• General administration.
• Monitoring the status of the project website.
• Ensuring Engineers and Technicians have current information from others in the design team.
• Ensure tasks are carried out within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinating his/her work with members of project teams.
