Job Summary
As a Sales CRM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings and demos, submitting proposals, and following up with customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and manage customer databases.
- Coordinate project deliveries with internal departments.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain and update sales records.
- Plan and organize sales events.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
