Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that will increase our revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities
● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to increase revenue and expand our customer base
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
● Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
● Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets
● Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a management role
● Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets
● Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with CRM tools suchas Salesforce
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
