Roles and Responsibilities
Medical authorization experience
Minimum 0.6 Months of Experience in prior Authorization calling.
Prior experience with attorneys or automobile insurance process highly desired
Ability to multi-task while producing accurate work
Highly organized and self-motivated
Superior customer service to the attorneys, physicians, and team members
Commitment to team problem solving and solutions
Must have experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge in Authorization Calling
Knowledge of Medical Billing and Healthcare procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook, Medical software
