ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE:

Job description

• Rich experience in entries of accounting and finance operations entailing preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalization.
• Statutory Audits of Various Companies in a wide range of industries.
• Internal Audit of units engaged in the manufacturing industry.
• Tax Audits and IT returns for Various Assess including corporates.
• Year-end Statutory and Financial adjustments to comply with Statutory requirements.
• Deployed to correct books of accounts and preparation of MIS reports of an organization.
• Compilation of Financial Statements for various companies, partnership firms & Individuals.
• Dealing with TDS, GST & other statutory compliances
• Review the operating cost vs. targets/budgets – on monthly basis; report the same at the end of the month.
• Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables management.
• Preparing and Filing TDS Returns within due dates.
• Preparing and verifying GST Input with Books & GSTR 2A.
• Preparing the documents required for Audits.
• Ensuring that the reports are done accurately and presentably.
• Preparing & Filing GST Returns Monthly.
• Coordinating with Statutory Auditor while finalization of Financial Statements.
• Compliance with statutory requirements of PF, ESI, TDS, TCS & GST and returns filing.
• Ensuring complete and accurate book closure on monthly basis and working on real-time cost monitoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience : Minimum : 4 years’ Experience

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Location: Anantapur

Qualification: Degree (Finance Back ground) Min: 5 years’ Experience

Post Graduate (Finance Back Ground): 4 years’ Experience
