Business analyst job for freshers role:

A business analyst job for freshers includes establishing objectives, creating best practises for data gathering, and examines existing processes in order to enhance them as much as necessary.

– MBA (Finance) with B.Com or CA with up to 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following

– Fund Accounting, Hedge Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Investment Banking or in the Financial Services sector

–Good knowledge on Capital Markets Domain and understanding about Fund Accounting and Middle Office Operations

– Exposure as a Business Analyst with excellent communication skills (written, oral and listening) would be preferred

– Good Knowledge on accounting and its principles

– Awareness of various financial instruments

– Willing to adapt in a dynamic environment and dealing with unstructured problems

– Demonstrate sound analytical skills and problem solving skills with Attention to detail / rigor

– Fund accounting experience for large Indian AMC’s or from MNC administrators, global custodians, hedge funds also could be considered

– Experience with software functional design and implementation is a definite plus

– Fund Accounting working knowledge is an added advantage in business analyst job for freshers

– Ability to understand, explain and support change

Business analyst job role and responsibilities:

– Act as a liaison between the clients and the R&D team i.e. analyzing the clients requirements and prepare functional specifications for the development team to arrive at the required output

– Review and own the functional requirements raised by different geographical locations is one of the key role of business analyst job

– Validating and testing of development to attain expertise in the product functionalities

– Provide functional training to peers, engineers, and other stake holders

– Address questions/queries raised by onsite client support consultants on product features and provide timeline for delivery of fix or solutions
