JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
I. Contracts / Agreements : drafting and vetting;

II. Highlighting Concern Areas / Risk Factors in critical/high value contracts to Management;

II. Tenders & Legal Documentation: drafting and vetting, mapping compliances;

III. Contractual Compliances – Mapping of Contracts and contractual rights;

IV. Contract Management Systems: Adopting best practices in formulation and managementof Contracts and contractual compliances

V. Legal Research

Qualifications: LL. B., preferably LL. M

Experience: 5 – 8 years

Essential Skills: Legal Executive/Advocate with exposure to Contracts / Tenders/ Contractual Compliances/ Contract Management Modules / Systems
