What we really do

We work on assignments which involve undertaking extensive primary research, literature review, program design and creating an implementation pathway, monitoring & evaluation of large-scale impact focused projects, or executing interventions such as Impact evaluation studies, baseline or end-term assessments and others. Our clients typically are Government institutions, foundations, or multi-lateral global institutions.

To give you a perspective of the projects we undertake, mentioned below are a few problem statements that we have executed in the recent past.

· Provide strategic support for implementation of Externally Funded Project for a State Government in Disaster Preparedness and Resilience.

· Provide monitoring and evaluation support to global implementation of a TVET program by a UN Body

· Examine the AS-IS learning levels (in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) for over 2 lac students enrolled across Govt. schools in a particular state.

· Create a comprehensive monitoring & evaluation framework for L&D interventions targeted for 1000+ TVET instructors.

· Undertake an impact evaluation exercise to measure the effectiveness of a large Govt. funded outcome oriented skill development program in Uttarakhand

Some specifics about the opportunity

We are working on a project for a public sector client in the TVET/Skill Development space. The broad objective of the work centers around technical support in implementation of national schemes.

Key Responsibilities

· Large Scale Data Collection and Analysis using advance excel and other tools

· Data Visualization for regular Monitoring using Power BI and other tools

· Problem Solving related to implementation and monitoring

· Status Reporting using reports, presentations

· Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

· Client Management

What qualifications and skills are we seeking

· Academic Qualification – Bachelor’s in Technology/Management/Analytics or related fields.

· Relevant experience – 1+ years of full-time relevant experience working on strategy, management consulting, analytics, research, evaluation assignments. Bring these out in your CV and the impact you made on these assignments in an individual capacity. Prior experience in environment, disaster, ecology would be a plus.

· Essential skills – Strong Analytics Skills (must be adept at using advanced MS excel) | Strong Report Writing and Presentation Skills | Strong Interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and Other details

• CTC – Upto INR 6.0 Lacs per annum
• Additionally, a performance-based bonus (upto 10% of annual compensation)
