About Us

Calfnero is a fast-growing leather bags brand with a strong presence both online and offline. We sell through our own website as well as major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team and manage our digital storefronts and online product presence.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management
Upload new products, update existing listings with latest images, prices, and descriptions.
Refresh website layouts, banners, and content based on campaigns and new collections.
Ensure product categories and filters are always optimized for customer experience.
Marketplace Management
Regularly update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Ensure consistency of product data, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
Coordinate and upload A+ Content (EBC) and creatives as per marketplace guidelines.
Product Content & Pricing
Write/edit engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
Maintain and update the master price list, ensuring uniform pricing across all channels.
Monitor competitor pricing and update internal pricing strategy when required.
Inventory & Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse or stock team to ensure online stock reflects actual availability.
Track and update stock levels across platforms to prevent order cancellations.
Reporting & Improvements
Monitor product performance and suggest layout or content improvements.
Provide regular reports on listings, updates, and platform performance.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or website/product listing roles.
Familiarity with:
Amazon Seller Central
Flipkart Seller Hub
Myntra Partner Panel
Any e-commerce CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,321.29 – ₹37,732.27 per month
