Description We are a Facilities Services company looking for a friendly and dedicated Facilities professional to join our team! As a Facilities specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a variety of facilities, from office buildings to manufacturing facilities, and ensuring they are fully operational and safe for use. You will work closely with the facilities team to make sure our clients’ facilities are well-maintained and operational. Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure they are fully operational and safe Respond to facility service requests and perform necessary repairs Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Assist with management of building security, including monitoring and responding to security alarms and alerts Recommend and implement new and innovative facilities services to improve client satisfaction Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred Proven experience in facility maintenance or related field Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
