Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software applications in accordance with business needs. Perform regular system and network monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hardware and software support to users. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and ensure that appropriate backups are performed regularly. Ensure that all IT solutions are compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations. Manage user accounts, access controls and permissions to ensure system security. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in IT systems administration or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
