About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
2. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
3. Keeping customers updated on the latest products
4. Taking quality surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the feedback to improve on areas of complaint
5. Understanding critical customer individual needs and addressing these
6. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly

Requirements:

1. Must have knowledge of accounts
2. Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
3. Keen interest in CRM
