We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materialgreeting clients/Patients and setting a positive office atmosphereAnswering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective officesEnsure complete and accurate patient registrationSchedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billingMaintain professionalism and treat patients with respectAssist Doctors in OPDTo ensure patient satisfaction solve queries and guide them properly.To ensure patient don’t wait much time in OPD.To represent the Center positively and effectively handle any issues without damaging the center reputation .Apply only for looking long term association with us .Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
