CanEd Consultants is an Education and Immigration Consulting firm with headquarters in Canada. We offer educational counseling, visa guidance, post-arrival, and immigration services (Study visa, Work Visa, PR visa, Visitor visa etc) for students willing to migrate to Canada. We work with several colleges and universities in Canada to recruit high-caliber students from India.

As a Visa Filling Officer for Canadian education, the candidate should be highly organized and have excellent observation skills in consideration of minute details, demonstrate confidence in computer skills, and be outcome-oriented.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada.
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
• Efficiently manage client relationships & queries through phone, email, and in-person.
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience as a visa filling officer for study in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce or Science.
• Good knowledge of computers and related processes.
• Thorough knowledge of Immigration / Visa Processing for Canada.
• Empathetic to client needs & ability to effectively resolve issues
• Multilingual with adequate English and Hindi speaking skills
