We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment.Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way.You will work closely together with management and other team members to make sure we attract and hire the best talent.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProvide counselling on policies and proceduresBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processCreate and implement effective onboarding plansDevelop training and development programsAssist in performance management processesSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records according to policyReview employment and working conditions of employeeRequirements and Skills: You have experience working as an in-house recruiter.You are passion-driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work.Develop recruitment sourcing strategy including direct sourcing, agency usage, campus programs, etc.Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Proficient in MS OfficeOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityEducation: MBA(HR) or Equivalent DegreeExperience: 2+ years of experience requiredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleLeave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Katargam, Surat – 395004, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Recruiters & Staffing Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
