Position: Front Office Representative
Job Summary: The front office representative serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. They provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate staff members, and take messages if necessary.
Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the organization’s products, services, and policies.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Handle customer complaints or issues, and escalate them to the appropriate department if required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Follow security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Stay updated on organizational policies, procedures, and any changes in services or products.
Provide support to other administrative staff members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
