Configuring host policy Backup server restoration and DB recovery tests
Monitoring on daily backups and reinitiating failed backups Library HW troubleshooting and coordinate with vendor
Tape DR activities Disk to disk backup Isilon Configure disk to disk backup according to procedure Monitor the daily data replication Zabbix Maintain and update Backup and Restoration
Plan Maintain and update the operational documentation Backup SW upgrades physical task Move DR tapes on safe Vault
Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas Netbackup
Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas Netbackup Architecture 8 3 0 1
Candidate should have a good knowledge on the understand of Backup architecture Backup components
Good understanding on Operating systems Windows Linux and Unix
Able to troubleshoot Backup failures on VMs SQL Exchange Oracle RMAN DB2
Able to perform restore via Veritas NetBackup with respect to VM SQL Exchange NDMP Administrative knowledge of EMC Data domain Veritas NetBackup
