Prefer Citrix Certified professional with 5+ years of experience in Citrix technologies and working in a mid to large organization.
Should have expertise on Citrix XenDesktop , XenApp and Netscaler.
Should have good knowledge on Operating systems like Windows Server12/16/19.
Should have significant knowledge on monitoring infrastructure via various monitoring and alerting tools like SCOM & SPLUNK etc.
Having significant knowledge on Server Virtualization Hypervisor VMware ESXi , vCenter, SQL Database, SAN storage & Networking.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stake holders across the globe + Senior management.
Should be willing to work 24×7
Should be aware of ITIL & Agile processes.
Good knowledge on DR technologies and management
Managing core infrastructure evergreening and migrations
Knowledge on Windows desktop OS hosted in a virtual environment
Primary Skills
Citrix Experience on Xenapp and Xendesktop products
Good technical and problem and application analytical Skills on XenApp 6.5 and 7.x Netscaler SDX /VPX products.
Expert on all versions of Citrix. (Preferably XenApp 6.5 and 7.x) and strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler SDX & VPX/ Storefront /Web Interface / Director / Edge sight and the communication between them and Citrix farm.
Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device.
Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products (XenApp and NetScaler).
Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis and strong fundamentals Strong knowledge on ICA HDX clients.
Secondary Skills
Managing Citrix storefront and MS/ Citrix Licensing.
Capable to resolve the security-based problems on Citrix.
Ready to work in rotational shifts.
