Ensure smooth and seamless backend support with respect to Assets Lifecycle Management.

Ensure new material Delivery is inspected before they are taken over. Entry of newly procured assets should not be delayed for more than 2 working days to be entered into the system and asset codes generated and pasted on the assets

Ensure allocation / surrender is done within the defined SLA and updated in Asset database immediately.

Ensure inventory of all the assets with User details for all the assets that are allocated are updated in Asset Management tool on regular basis.

To complete physical verification and generate variance report based on the physically verified data with respect to FAR and IT Asset Database.

Provide accurate inputs on stock details to enable doing accurate forecast for new joiners and other operational activities.

Primary Skills

Recovery of Temp assets is tracked & assets are recovered in a timely fashion.

Managing Exit Clearance end to end for Group IT by coordinating with various internal teams.

Ensure all mails and queries w. r. t. to Assets are replied with and tasks are tracked till closure.

Participate in Audits and ensure 100% compliance to Audit Norms and processes defined by the organization

Ensure the accuracy in Asset Database is 100% for all the transactions executed

Participate in the Asset Management initiatives at local and Pan India level

Ensure proper store management process are followed and assets are stored in a convenient way to enable quick identification and rack management.

Participate in Asset Disposals and work with stakeholders along with vendor to execute the disposal activities and Asset database updates.

Secondary Skills

Manage all accessory items and trigger for replenishment of stock level in a timely manner.

Be flexible in working in shifts or extended office hours and weekends to meet the deliverables

Familiar with STPI / SEZ regulations and act accordingly to ensure compliance is managed like IUT, allocations / recovery

Work actively for getting broken PCs repaired / cannibalized to make the machine up and running and available for PC allocation and optimization of stock.

Aware of Inward and outward process to meet the EXIM, Security related mandatory steps.

Good in verbal and written communication to address user queries and manage other stakeholders.

Must be familiar with working on any of the Global asset management tools like Service Now Service Central.

Understanding of basic ITIL terminology

Must have knowledge on MS Excel for reporting and MS Outlook for email communication
