Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution to problem.
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end H2R activities.
Handle employee requests according to the project deadlines
Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving H2R related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
Experience in managing multiple process design projects.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team.
Strong Analytical skills for the reporting.
