MAC Administration on minimum one MDM platform-VMware Workspace ONE/Microsoft Intune/JAMF
Responsible for tracking of device inventory, security patches and OS upgrade in the BYOD/MDM environment
Experience with APPLE business manager would be an added advantage
Diagnosis issues related to device enrollment, application access and resolution.
Provide L2/L3 Support
Enforce mac device policies and procedures.
Enforce security posture check on managed MAC devices
Create/Publish application catalog and help deployment of those applications.
Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.
Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for MAC device issues and new products.
Primary Skill
Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions.
Intune Admin and scripting experience on macOS as our primary requirement”
Candidate who knows well about Packaging of Apps using the MDM tools like Workspace ONE, JAMF or Intune.
Experience on Scripting & Packaging.
Secondary Skills
Who can work on macOS scripting and can make Profiles that can be deployed via MDM tool.
Good knowledge on Apple Business Manager
