Your role
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business planning.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to ERD India GEC and AIE centers.
- Create engaging and interactive content to position Capgemini as a leader in Engineering and Innovation.
- Plan and execute Tier 1 industry events, client innovation days, and technology showcases.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Drive internal amplification through quarterly newsletters, win communications, and Daily Hub stories.
- Curate and publish value-driven client stories to enhance internal engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
Your profile
- 14-16 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a technology or innovation-driven environment.
- Team building and team management experience.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Experience in event planning and digital campaign management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
