Job Summary Provides systems administration support including monitoring troubleshooting and resolving systems issues with email web servers database management backup management and storage management
Key Responsibilities Duties Maintain and update current monitoring system Opsview
Ensure that all Managed systems are properly monitored adjusting as needed
Develop methodology to expand flexibility of programs and systems to meet the changing needs of departments without a major redesign of the systems at a later date
Define procedures to satisfy these needs including but not limited to SLAs and Usage Policy
Create and maintain system component descriptions active tracking of current and future license needs and renewals for software and maintenance
Manage day to day office operations
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
