Job Description

Experience on OpenText ECM – Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
Prior experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
Should be hands-on on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations
Gain the trust and respect of customers and colleagues, in a fast growing and sometimes challenging business circumstances and under pressure
Demonstrate keen interest to learn new technologies
Quick Learner – e.g. about a new technology, or about a customer’s business processes
Demonstrate commercial awareness, i.e. identify commercial opportunities
Share knowledge with colleagues and in the wider Open Text and Partner community
Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills
Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services

Primary Skills

General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies
Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation
Production system configuration and testing
Data migrations
Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
