Your Role
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Leading and coordinating infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to delivery and closure. This includes defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Managing and resolving incidents and problems related to infrastructure, working with relevant teams to minimize impact and downtime.
